Greetings from the depths of December denial.
It cannot be the last year of the month and yet, as I write to you on this balmy 51 degree day, it appears that it is!
That means that we have just a few weeks left to hit our goal of 100 paid subscribers by Dec. 31 and that we are also offering 30% off those subscriptions until we get there. Currently we’re just 17 subscribers away! We have some exciting stuff brewing for 2024 that you won’t want to miss. Plus, what even costs $3.50/month anymore these days? Basically nothing.
Moving on:
As I am currently only working part-time (for money), I’ve slashed a few things in my Tiller budget to cut back on expenses, which you’ll see below. While life is still just very expensive, having some sense of control / spending limit is grounding during this stressful time.
As so many of us are, I’m in a weird place financially and mentally right now – as in I have no money and plenty of anxiety. Which, perhaps, can explain some of the decisions I made this week (or namely, just at Trader Joe’s on Sunday).
There was also a lot of cooking, a lot of episodes of Girls, a lot of disturbing documentaries and a lot of tissues (I’m getting over the cold everyone has).
